AQUA HIIT

An effective alternative to land training that incorporates high-intensity interval training in the pool while boosting your heart rate.

ADVANCED AQUA FIT
MONDAY | 8:05 am - 8:35 am
Take your workout to the next level.  A challenging combo of high-intensity full-body cardio and toning pool workout. 

WATER FITNESS
TUESDAY | 7:05am - 7:55am
Jump in and join us for a fun full-body workout in the pool! Improve your flexibility and cardio fitness, while strengthening and toning muscles. Work out at your own intensity level and increase as you go, while using the water's resistance.

ADVANCED AQUA FIT
TUESDAY | 8:05 am - 8:35 am
Take your workout to the next level.  A challenging combo of high-intensity full-body cardio and toning pool workout. 

UPPER BODY STRENGTH
TUESDAY | 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
This strength class focuses on Push, Pull, and core bracing movements where progressive overload training is completed via stations. Form and mind-muscle connection are the focus, expect to fatigue your muscles, not your heart. Come prepared for a complete class including warm-up, trainer demonstration/form correction and cool down.

SLOW FLOW YOGA
WEDNESDAY | 8:15am - 9:15am
Our Slow Flow Yoga class is perfect for yogis of all levels. Our instructor will use mild, slower-paced stretches that are ideal for those seeking recovery from sports, activities, and/or injury, as well as restoration.

YOGA SCULPT
WEDNESDAY | 9:30am - 10:15am
Strengthen with stability balls, yoga props, and hand-held weights added to fun yoga poses. 

CARDIO HIIT
WEDNESDAY | 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Get ready for a high-intensity interval training cardio class, commonly known as H.I.I.T. This 60-minute class will focus on both aerobic and anaerobic heart rate zones via stations. Be ready to build up a sweat, get your heart rate up, and most importantly don't forget the water bottle. Come prepared for a complete class including warm-up, trainer demonstration/form correction, and cool-down

LOWER BODY STRENGTH

Get ready to primarily squat, hinge and build up a strong core where form and mind-muscle connection are the main focus. Progressive overload training is completed via stations that will fatigue your muscles, not your heart. Come prepared for a complete class including warm-up, trainer demonstration/form correction and cool down.

HATHA FLOW
FRIDAY | 8:15am - 9:15am
Our Hatha Flow Yoga Class is a classic well-rounded, fundamental practice. This class is moderately paced and incorporates breathwork and a variety of asanas (postures) that will help align, promote mobility, and strengthen your mind and body.

RESTORATIVE YOGA AND MEDITATION
FRIDAY | 9:30am - 10:15am
Take time out of your busy day to breathe. Whether it’s your first yoga class or you practice every day, our no-flow class challenges you to slow down. We will use slow-paced poses for those seeking restoration and relaxation. This no-flow practice also teaches you to focus on breathing, guided visualization, mantra, and connecting with the present moment. Meditation reduces stress and anxiety and increases focus, connection, and empathy for others.

HATHA FLOW
SATURDAY | 8:15am - 9:15am
